Saruken Kōsens Instructors
Are Trained by Sensi Ro
One on One and they undergo a strict and detailed training regime as well as a several test to become a qualify as a certified instructor, after they are certified they train 3 times a week with Sensi Ro on the classes weekly curriculum.
Our instructors our evaluated at the end of the 4th quarter of each month to make sure they are in accordance with the Saruken Kōsens Teaching Methods and Priciples.
Each instructor is trained in one specific area that only he or she specializes in, but all instructors are trained in the normal curriculum of Saruken Kōsen.

Steel Wire Monkey Fist is a modern day studio with ancient methods and specialized techniques that focuses on the unison of the four limbs, our students are trained in Monkido the way of the monkey .
Saruken Kosen Students will have a one on one teaching session with Sensi Ro on zoom.
For group lessons all students will train as Sensi Ro trained, in the woods where each student has the opportunity to become one with nature and unleash thier warrior spirit.

Saruken Kōsens philosophy is based on monkido, the way of the monkey.
Our students are trained in the way of the monkey, they will learn to move on all four of thier limbs, this four limbs movement is known as quadrupedal movement.
You will also learn to move through the air swinging and climbing utilizing our two limb studies, this approach is known as bipedal braciation.
The Goals of our school
is to help our students gain and maintain full body, mental and emotional strength, this type of learning prepares your child for every day physical activities such as lifting, carrying, or reaching different levels of height and long distances.
By strengthening the whole body, our students gain advantages that an untrained child would not have, all our methods are transferable skills and can be used to help your child excel in other areas of his or her life. We train the mental, physical, and emotional connection to help your child succeed in his or her life endeavors.
